Adds default formatting for <ol> tags and makes <input type="password"> match <input type="text">

This is just a quick patch that replaces the default formatting for ordered lists (adds numbering and indentation, which have been removed during a CSS-reset) and also makes password fields match text fields by including them in the list of elements that are "border-box" sized.
