options-discussion.php: if turned avitars off, the detailed choices should be greyed out

In wp-admin/options-discussion.php, when we click Don't show Avatars, the remaining avitar choices should then become grey unclickable.

OK, I suppose that would only benefit javascript users...

So you would have to enable it in order to have to change the settings. I think this should discussed on wp-hackers first.
