user-new.php: first name/last name: Culture bias

Sorry to be prissy, but on user-new.php, etc. the whole first name/last name thing has a big culture bias.

In some cultures there is only one name, in some more than two, etc.

Just a single Name:__________ field would be best, as I recall Mediawiki does it.

I don't really see the need for this even though this is very minor modification. Most sites form have First/Middle/Last Name instead of just name. If you do not have a last name, just fill in First Name and leave the Last Name blank.

Agreed. Order sometimes is important (surname, name) in some works, so I think it doesn't need a change.

Anyways, if one only has one name, there should be some indication of
which box to put it in, first or last.

Seems like if you wanted to change it, you can do so in the language settings.
