Description

As described by the user who reported it:

I´ve just started testing semiologic with a norwegian website, and I have to use country specific characters in the title of certain pages - like Æ Ø & Å....

The trouble is that uploads (images) in those pages do not show as the link is broken because of those characters!

possibly fixed in trunk, too. the file name sanitizer got reworked.
