admin left side menu should be unfolded by default

Description

On the dashboard, the left sidebar needs to be more compressed. You
need the plus and minus markers commonly seen on menus these days,
with all items unfolded by default.

Otherwise, unless one has a giant monitor screen, lower items will
"zap back up".

As an example, click the lowest item, "Settings->Miscellaneous".
Note how it is now buried way back at the bottom, very frustrating for
one who then wishes to click "Settings->Permalinks".

OK, if one rolls up each item, then it all fits back on the screen.

Maybe you should also make each item thinner, removing the logo.

The menus are staying as is for awhile. They will evolve as we do more usability studies.

I note that I now notice it keeping its unrolled state from last session must be a feature.
