Description

Under Miscellaneous Settings (wp-admin/options-misc.php), the helper text for "Full URL path to files" is Configuring this is optional by default it should be blank. This is better:

Configuring this is optional. By default it should be blank.

That may require you to add a period to the end of the description for the prior field (Store uploads in this folder) to be consistent.

This bug is for 2.7.1.

Better punctuation to properly separate the introductory dependent clause of the 2nd sentence.

Configuring this is optional. By default, it should be blank.
