Deleting comment on dashboard not updating Right Now counts

Description

This is related to #8502 but is a slightly different situation. Deleting a comment in the Recent Comments widget on the dashboard doesn't update the total comments count in the Right Now widget.

If #8502 were to be fixed, I'm sure deleting, etc. would also be handled. Let's keep it all at that ticket for simplicity sake.
