Press-This page switches to ISO-8859 destroying Umlauts

my wordpress site is completely in UTF-8. When on some page I mark stuff, and then klick the Press-This button in my firefox bookmarks bar, the new opening page is displayed in ISO-8859 (the browser switches to that). The german Umlauts are all wrong displayed (can't test other languages). When I submit the post, it is cut at the first Umlaut.
I can manually switch in firefox to UTF-8, everything is fine then. Shouldn't the Press This page switch itself to UTF-8 (given the sites codepage is UTF-8)?

Charset will obey settings in Settings -> Reading "Encoding for pages and feeds"
