Gradient bars for blue admin theme

Description

The gradient bars for active state in the main nav are still gray from the default admin theme. We need to have a gradient that looks better in the blue theme. Likewise, the favorites menu needs to be created in a better color match (we may want to adjust the color of the admin header background?).

I don't think this is still a problem and the ticket can be closed. My blue admin theme does not have any grey gradient bars, let alone for the active nav.

Possibly, original submitter needs to clarify.
