Categories for attachments are not updated when their posts category is changed.

Description
Eg. On a standard Wordpress install, you create a new post. This is saved automatically as a draft into the Uncategorized category. You then attach some attachments to the post, select a category for the post eg. Pictures, and then publish the post.
The attachments will not pick up the Pictures category. They will remain in the Uncategorized category.
This makes it impossible to show the category for the attachment (eg in a breadcrumb, title, etc).
