Link owner not displayed anywhere.

The "owner" user of a link is not displayed anywhere inthe admin interface. Have to look in the database to find out.

Maybe the Edit Link UI should show the author too, and allow Link Manager-Level users to edit this.

Hi,
I hope you are the user (tormodh) who logs in as tor at the mosquito. With regards to issue #95, I called it a "minor" issue instead of a "feature" issue since I beleive that a feature is when a request is made for a new feature in wordpress, like, say an in-built mailing list. Just wanted to send you a note to say it maybe better to reserve "feature" for such bugs.
(I am not reverting to to "minor", let this be the way it is.)
