When listing posts by multiple tags, it would be nice if all tags were listed in page title, not just the first tag.

Description

When posts with multiple tags are listed, the page title only reflects the first tag in the URL.

For example for ​http://savesenergytips.wordpress.com/tag/tip+money1/ the page title shows:

Posts Tagged ‘tip’

It would be nice if it showed:

Posts Tagged BOTH ‘tip’ AND ‘money1’

Since otherwise visitors are lead to believe they are seeing ALL posts tagged 'tip', when clearly they're only seeing a subset (those also tagged 'money1').
