CJK language in RSS feeds

Description

For RSS feeds, if the language of the post is CJK language, the RSS feed does not appear to be truncated when in summary mode.

Probable cause:

CJK languages does not have space in the sentences usually. Therefore the posts may be treated as a single long word and are not truncated.

(English and other languages with space between words will get their long posts truncated with '[...]' as the ending.)

The ​Japanase WordPress version includes a multibyte fixes plugin, which resolves this issue. We don't need this code in core, as it will be just a hack and won't be used for other locales.
