WP 2.8 (bug in admin style)

Hi,
I have problem with WP 2.8.
If I go to admin ( ​http://blog.rypi.cz/wp-admin/index.php ) I see only HTML(no CSS, no pictures...): ​http://easycaptures.com/5624336451

If I write after URL sometimes "?", sometimes "?a" etc..., then all works good. This is very big problem.

Have you tried multiple browsers?

Loading the stylesheet directly: ​http://blog.rypi.cz/wp-admin/load-styles.php?c=1&adir=ltr&load=dashboard,plugin-install,global,wp-admin&ver=89dc385f3f4ebe446148c13f21005dca appears to work properly here, Does that work for you?

Have you disabled all your plugins?

I've the same issue in all browsers on my laptop. 404 errors and 403 errors that randomly come and go, for no reason whatsoever.

I've yet to identify the reason, but figured until now that it was not WP related. (I've haven't tested other php scripts, and the issue's random nature makes it unreliable to rule WP out before I've used another script for long enough.)

It can't be a loaded server, since it happens on my laptop. Initially, I thought it was MultiViews related. Disabling that in all folders led to no improvements.

Googling around, searching for stuff related to a random 404 and 403 with apache leads to no results. If anyone has ideas, they'd be welcome.

Else, the ticket probably close-as-invalid worthy.

CSS will be load, if i submit some form. (delete plugin...)
If I click on some link in admnistration, then I get HTML without CSS...

Are you using Firefox 3.5? If so, don't enable offline storage. It is currently broken.

ah... that's an idea. dunno how to do that in Camino however, but will give it a try.
