Description

Password strength indicator should be also available on "User edit" and "Add new user" pages in blog admin part. Now it's only on the "Edit your profile" page.

Why not to add strength indicator to mentioned above pages?

The Javascript for this should get pulled out into separate file in wp-admin/js/ so that it can easily be used in different areas. I can take a look at that if no one else wants to take it up.

Please go right ahead. that's what my "needs a clean-up" comment was about. ;-)

There also is, likely, a need to make it depend on jQuery and stuff.
