add something about how to nest menus in initial custom menu help screen.

I'm an experienced WP user/developer and it was not immediately clear that I could just drag a menu to the right to make it nest under another menu item. maybe add something to the initial help text to make this clear. because nowhere does it say anything about this. Another option might be to add an option to the menu item itself which says 'make this child or make this parent'.
