Missing install instructions for new Network feature in WP3.0

Description

Hi: I tried to install a sub domain test.example.com by setting a network using ​http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network. I completed all the tasks, it seems that test.example.com is created in Super Admin, but I am lost on what to do next? Going to test.example.com the site is blank. Do I need to install wordpress there too? That would defeat the purpose I think. How do I create a wordpress install to post and customize on the "test" subdomain?
