Non-GPLv2 themes will steal your bike

In relation to Thesis, my girlfriend made an analogy of 'not allowing a burglar to repeatedly break into your house' because you know they're going to break the law every time.

So, in the spirit of the GPL(v2), maybe we could just not let WordPress allow Thesis or other non compliant themes to work? Change the locks, so to speak. :)

P.P.S - Seriously, this is meant to be playful and not harmful to anyone, in any way. A light hearted jib-jab if you will.

On second thought, probably best not to fuel fires. I thought it was funny but now that I've pulled the trigger I suppose not everyone probably will share my sense of humor on this.

I will also add that this patch is not affiliated or endorsed by anyone but myself, and should not be considered anything other than one mans silly attempt at getting a few chuckles.

Ironically, this "enhancement" may also be a violation of the GPL.
