Description
I have three blogs on my multisite insallation with its own domains. The path is the same ("/"), but the URL is different. If you go on a page that doesnt exists, you will be forwarded to the blog with the ID 1 and it wont appear a 404 page.

That's a feature. You can disable it from wp-config.php
Also, try using the Domain Mapping plugin.
