Plug-In Auto Update maps to incorrect plug-in

Description

The automatic update notice for plug-ins links to the wrong plug-in.

We noticed this when developing a custom plug-in for a site. After activating our plugin, the auto-update notice came up and linked to another plug-in. We attempted to change the plugin name in the header, but the problem persists.

We verified the issue on a fresh install with the tentwenty theme and no other plug-ins enabled.

I've included screenshots that show what is happening.

I'm sure there is also a ticket talking about plugin UUIDs and the like.

The screenshots aren't enough to diagnose any issue here.

Can we please have a copy of your plugin headers for your custom plugin, and a link to the conflicting plugin in the repository?
