Trac reports are too wide

Description

After last Trac update (about week ago) Trac reports does not fit my screen - they are to wide. As I checked, table cells uses CSS rule white-space: nowrap; now, so long text (mainly in ticket title) cannot be slitted into two rows.

Yeah, they're too wide for all of us.

After 3.1 hits RC I will take a look at getting our custom theme working again. This will be handled.
