Description
Updated from 3.0.? to 3.1.1 on Sunday. Now on the 'add new' page, when in Visual mode (HTML mode is fine) it is no longer possible to right-click paste into an empty edit box (the option is greyed out). Adding a character to the edit box restores the right-click paste option and Crtl+v still works. This is with IE8, I'm unable to check other browsers.

I don't understand. In my bug report I said the problem occurs in the edit box (when in Visual mode) on the 'add new' page which is where a post is created.

Can you clear the cache of your internet explorer and retest it?

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. IE8 cache cleared. In Pages 'add new' right-click paste is available and working when in in 'Visual' mode. In Posts 'add new' right-click paste is still greyed out if the text box is empty. This problem was reported to me by one of my blogging team (I don't know what browser he is using) and I subsequently repeated it in my sandbox and on the live site.
does that also happens when creating posts?
