Hello,

Please check the attachment.

I can't drag pictures when the dashboard language is Arabic. When i changed the dashboard language to English i was able to drag the uploaded pictures successfully.

Old stuff in the RTL media css that was removed from the main (non rtl) file.
We need to do a better job at syncing RTL changes when commiting non-rtl css.
