Reply and approve currently a hidden feature

With 3.2 wordpress it is easier for admins to reply to pending comments by approving them when you a replying.

currently it is more or less a hidden feature because it doesn't show up in "Approve | Reply | Quick Edit | Edit | Spam | Trash"

I bet many bloggers will still click on Approve and then start their reply.

Possible solution:
change it to Approve | Reply & Approve | Quick Edit | Edit | Spam | Trash

It is a bit of a hidden feature (though it's stated in the help tab). While I'm usually in favor of the most exact labels possible, in this case I think it would make the actions row even more of a visual jumble than it already is. I'm leaning toward leaving it the way it is and considering it a more advanced feature (kind of like keyboard shortcuts) that doen't necessarily need to be exposed, because a savvy user with figure it out after one or two replies on an unapproved comment.

Won't close as wontfix, though that's my inclination. Would like core team to weigh in.

3 months with no opinions from anyone else says that this isn't something people seem to care about. Going to close as wontfix. If something changes and more support for this suggestion develops, can re-open ticket.
