Description

Changes made as part of #18197 have regressed #15654; that is, the user menu in the admin bar does not correctly stretch to accommodate the width of its child links.

Looks fine to me in trunk? I put in a really long anchor and the box width grows to accommodate it.

Since [18776], any width should be fine (see the screenshot).

There's still issue with the grey line, but Otto's patch in #18197 fixes that.
