Add Media to DFW not functioning in GUI mode on 3.3

At revision 18702.

You can use all the other buttons on GUI mode, but Media doesn't do anything.

I looked for a master ticket for this one, but wasn't sure if it fell under the massive CSS changes for 3.3 or not.
