Description

The text color of image captions in footer widgets makes captions invisible. Let's change that.

@obenland For anything visual, can you please upload screenshots? 1) before and 2) after.

That's super helpful for other people to repeat the bug, and also as a nice record later -- for the "future us" to see what the change was.
