Description

Images uploaded via Custom Image Headers should indicate in the Media Library which theme they belong to and their dimensions.

Custom Headers work differently now than they did in 2.5. Dimensions are shown in the UI. During which theme's tenure they were uploaded is not as big a deal, since we now have saved header images on the custom header screen.
