Click target size on "Favorite Actions" dropdown is too small

Description

The click target size for the default "New Post" link in the "Favorite Actions" dropdown is too small. It's only the text, when it should be the whole button.

In my browser (FF#), the clickable area begins at the first letter of text, but extends all the way to the right where the dividing line is, so it feels like the button is all clickable except for the rounded edge. Are you really only able to click on the text, or are you just missing the rounded edge? If the latter, I think it is fine as is. If the former, is it a per-browser issue?
