Direct Link to Uploaded Media File

It would be very nice if there was a way to get the direct link to a media file somewhere within the media library. This is necessary in many situations. For example, a theme I'm using has a customizable header. I upload the file directly into the media library and I need to paste the URL to it into my theme's options page. However, to get the URL I have to click "View", click the image, and copy the URL. For me this is not a problem, but this is a lot of steps for a newbie. A direct link either on the Media Library listing or the Edit media panel would be helpful.
