Description
If the title of my post is "Un été chez les français" it will be converted to example.com/archive/path/un-t-chez-les-franais instead of example.com/archive/path/un-été-chez-les-francais

This is fixed in CVS, the fix will be in 1.2.1 or 1.3, whichever is released first.
In the meanwhile, a workaround is to post and then edit the post slug, or post using the advanced posting interface, and set the post slug right away.
There are some language-specific replacements that could lead to some discussion on the proper language-proof way to replace special characters (like ö = o in french, but = oe in german), but for now it's fixed by just replacing an accented letter by its unaccented version.
