Description
PCL Zip tabify and cleanup - after this operations file size is ~20kB less.

- Milestone 2.9 → Future Release
I would rather avoid reformatting this file as it will make merging changes in from upstream much harder.
At present it is easy to merge in upstream changes.
If you get the patch accepted upstream then we will include the changes then.

Moving to Future Release for now.
