Description
If the tagline in Settings › General is empty, then 2010 uses a redundant vertical line in the doc title for the home page. On the browser caption it looks like this:
example.com | - Mozilla Firefox
I don’t know how common it is to leave the tagline empty (if any wp.com folks have a percentage handy, I’d be curious to know), but I think 2010 should provide for that scenario in any case.
I attach a tentative patch.
