New Dropdown links to Plugins/Themes broken off codex

Description

If you go to codex.wordpress.org and use the new (cool) dropdown off 'Extend' to go to the Plugins or Themes directory, the URL comes out as these:

​http://codex.wordpress.org/extend/plugins/
​http://codex.wordpress.org/extend/themes/

Looks like the code is using relative URLs.
