Add option to wp_list_categories (and underlying get_terms or whatever) to restrict by post_type.

Description
This is so that when someone uses wp_list_categories they can stop categories from showing up that only have elements from custom post types, and thereby creates links to a category archive that contains no posts because everything in the category has a post_type other than post.
