Admin Dashbord Widgets columns are 'stuck'

Description
My admin dash is stuck in ONE column, no matter what I check in screen options, I can't change anything.
My Post dash is stuck in TWO columns. No changies no take backs.
Using revision 18671.

Some more info would be helpful :) browser refreshed, js errors, anything at all happening when clicking on the column number radios?

Nothing happens. You can click on the column numbers till the cows come home, but that NEVER changes. The browser doesn't refresh, the columns don't change size. Nothing. I know, it's really a case of 'nothing happens' - like that light-switch in your kitchen that pisses you off cause it does nothing ;)
Also when you drag the widgets over, there's no dotted outlines in the other columns, its like it doesn't exist.
I didn't get any overt errors in Chrome, but I didn't have debugging on. No errors in my site error log.

Ah, this is actually [18669] that removed float: left
from the containers, so now they are on top of each other.

Sorry, was on my iPad, I couldn't debug :/
I can confirm this running the same changeset.
UPDATE
Bug is in [18667], [18666] works fine.
