it's the most widely used, so it makes the most sense.

Tasks:

  1. Sync the changes.
  2. Move the tests.
  3. Add a WordPress external to GlotPress/I18n.
  4. Profit.

22337.minor-typo-fix.patch​ fixes two typos in translations.php (the first one appeared in [22349]).

In 22350:

Replace gp_endswith() with working implementation

In [22349] we introduced a call to gp_endswith(),
whcih doesn't exist in WordPress, only in GlotPress.
