Description
The latest nightly build update (3.9-alpha-27111) has resulted in the post/page edit screen to break - by the looks of things it appears that the CSS for the page is tripped out.

Even after dropping the database and rebuilding the site with the same version did not resolve the issue.
Issue persists with all plugins deactivated and default theme in use.
Rebuilding site with stable version 3.8.1 all works well but upgrading back to 3.9-alpha-27111 issue returns.
