Description

As of Wordpress v3.9 the login page (wp-login.php) is including my theme's style.css and is breaking the look and feel of the page. Is this behaviour intended? In previous versions of Wordpress it hasn't included this file in the header.

Probably your theme issue, because I don't get my theme stylesheet on wp-login.php page on my updated sites.
