Description
Hello, to reproduce issue, put several widgets in both Front Page template widget areas and try to look at it in IE 7-8.
Thanks to @Scotm for the tip and @zeaks for the solution ( http://www.zeaks.org/2012/twenty-plus-lite-twenty-twelve-child-theme ).

Here you go. I created a diff file using @TomasM ie.css file. Luckily @TomasM file was working copy of the latest revision of this file so comparing the two using diff tool was pretty easy.
