Galleries: add pagination option

Galleries are great, but if you add a lot of images to a single gallery the page will take a while to load.

I think it would be nice to add a new option, maybe just a new gallery shortcode parameter at first, that would allow post authors to define a number of images per page, thus breaking galleries into different pages, much like we do with ​single post pagination today.

And time after time I have to explain to people why all images from one event are not in gallery.
Despite I put warning/info to be shown dynamicaly in sidebar and the top of the post. People activate slide and never visit images on second subpage.

I feel bad to ask this, but it is not my fault some people are so stupid. What to do. God knows how many of them never see next page but dont complain.
