Menu item position shifting 4.2.4

Upon opening a new menu item the positions of all admin menu items shift and regain proper position upon scrolling. (See screenshot)

Version: 4.2.4 (not in 4.2.3)
Browser: Chrome Version 45.0.2454.15 beta (64-bit)

This is happening in all my sites running 4.2.4 in Chrome but does not appear to be a problem in Firefox.
