Include featured thumbnail and word count to the All Posts view.

What about including featured thumbnail and word count to the All Post view list in addition to seeing Title, Author, Categories, Tags, Comments and Date?

I am using a code snippet today for this. But it would be nice to have the option included in the screen options screen. As it would also be a good reminder to include a featured image to each post.
