Description

When searching for themes in the network theme installer, the theme-count bubble gets updated for both the search results and the themes menu item. This bug was originally brought to our attention in #29421 and fixed in [29786]. It was reintroduced in [31495] for #26600.

In 36204:

Themes: Avoid changing the count of themes with updates in network admin.

Makes the count bubble selector a little more specific to avoid interfering
with the admin menu, but not too specific for installed theme searches not to
update the bubble.
