Bug Fix without select plugin update

I think this is fixed by shiny updates v2 [37714] if I understand the issue correctly?

This is how it is now working when I test in trunk:
http://goo.gl/jxU9v7

So if you try to do a bulk update without checking any plugin you get a notification saying "Please select at least one item to perform this action on."

  • Keywords needs-patch added

Reproduced the original issue on 4.5.2.

[37714] appears to fix this, but only when JS is enabled. If it's disabled, the errors are still displayed in trunk.
