Description

Dear word-press
It's about 2 days that I found a serous bug in WP system
detail:
every a few hours, wp-includes/functions.php gets changed automatically.
I tried that in two different hosting companies. There shouldn't be a problem with host.
Both original and automatically-edited files are attached.
Waiting for your reply
Best Regards,

Hi @babakhatami

WordPress isn't doing this to itself, the problem you're experiencing may be caused by a plugin, theme, another server process, or potentially malware infection. Start from a clean WordPress installation with no custom plugins/themes.

Looking at the diff between the two files, I have absolutely no idea what would be causing that to happen.

It's also worth noting that EOL format of the file was changed from Unix to Windows. If I had to guess, it's probably a result of manual editing using some Windows software.
