media setting missing size.

Description

settings > media

only 3 image size is shown.
thumbnail, medium, large.

additional size -
medium_large,
medium_fixed
image size is missing.

so need to add these size in the setting.

Hi @sangsang,

Welcome to Trac and thanks for taking the time to fill out a bug report. I suspect you're probably running into the same issue described in #36531, wherein the medium_large size is removed after saving the media size options. medium_fixed is not a size that is generated by WordPress.
