I have tried all the solution over here in support forum and hosting is also responding same. there is no issue with hosting.
It might be a serious bug.

Hi there, and welcome to Trac.
This still appears to be a support request, and as such Trac is unfortunately not the right place for it.
You should make your own thread on the forums about it (I see you've not done so yet), as just looking at other solutions isn't always the answer, hosting setups and configurations vary and your issue may need to be approached in a different way.
I saw you posted credentials, and I would strongly recommend you change those as soon as possible as well, as any edits here are versioned and me editing them out only superficially hides them and they are still accessible to whomever.
