Hi
This link is not exit and it is present in Core WordPress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Custom_Fields
It is here:
Dashboard > Add New post > Screen Options > (Check) Custom Fields > Custom fields (section) > Add New Custom Field.
Here you will see: "Custom fields can be used to add extra metadata to a post that you can use in your theme."
When i visit this link, it does not display expecting information.

Even better would actually be https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields#Usage
Alternative solution (which wouldn't create a translation task for the polyglots community,) would be to create the currently mentioned target page at https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Custom_Fields and redirect it (or just write a short paragraph with a link) to https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields#Usage

Seems https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields is better.
