can't upload images to library

Description

I'm trying to upload an image of a display ad to the library and it doesn't show up in the thumbnail. It does show up for editing, though. Can you suggest what I should do? I have to upload images to keep the blog spicy.

Are you using an ad-blocking extension on your browser?

No. I'm in advertising, I like to look at the ads. I did notice something this morning, though. On Firefox, it shows up as a blank square. On Safari, it shows up as a little blue question mark.
